The collection includes watch models in two different case sizes: 31 mm in diameter (Petite Cushion) and 41 mm (Grand Cushion), each based on the official Swiss train station design and of course featuring the iconic red second hand. The larger case is equipped with a chronograph function, while maintaining the clear and simple aesthetic. The collection is inspired by vintage design with a timeless cushion shape that pays homage to the brand's history and heritage. The new extravagant Cushion collection is a collection beyond the circular norm, another iconic addition to the MONDAINE watch range. The organically shaped cushion case gives both the dial and the case a sleek and modern elegance. The flowing and unconventional shape makes the new watch models infinitely adaptable and makes it easy to dress from casual to elegant and then sporty again.

Grand Cushion
The Grand Cushion is the larger version in the new collection, with a 41mm stainless steel case. Seamlessly integrated into the dial, the date display and chronograph make it possible to keep track of the date and measure elapsed time precisely, without compromising the minimalist character of the design. The classic white dial is combined with a black strap made from the innovative vegan grape leather. The deep sea blue and forest green dials come on a matching blue and green textile strap made from recycled plastic bottles, respectively, and feature white Super-LumiNova® hands for reading the time in the dark.

The Petite Cushion was specially developed for women. The perfect case size of 31 mm also fits smaller wrists very elegantly. The polished stainless steel case has a white dial and is available with three different straps: black vegan grape leather, red vegan grape leather and a premium Milanese mesh stainless steel strap. MONDAINE's vegan grape leather is based on organic waste from wine production: everything that cannot be used at the end of the winemaking process - i.e. the so-called grape pomace, consisting of the stems, seeds and skins - is used to produce grape leather - this is real upcycling .
